I have experience with a variety of evidenced-based interventions and will focus on the combination that is most needed by your child, ultimately decreasing the amount of time spent in tutoring.

I use Orton Gillingham interventions, which are the gold standard in remediation, add the latest research, and the benefit of an Occupational Therapist to address fine motor skills, core strength, vision screens and developing communication across the corpus callosum for faster retrieval of information.
I recognize the unusual gifts and the extraordinary potential of dyslexics and build that into each session. I aim for your student to be defined by their strengths and giftings rather than their weakness in reading, which often characterize students with dyslexia.
